4Pricingالتسعير

Gold rates shown reflect Dubai Jewellery Group (DJG) published rates, updated multiple times daily. The rate that applies to your transaction is the rate confirmed at the moment of sale, not what appeared earlier on the website. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.الأسعار المعروضة هي أسعار مجموعة دبي للمجوهرات (DJG)، تُحدّث عدة مرات يومياً. السعر المطبق على معاملتك هو المؤكد وقت البيع. كل الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

5Accepted Payment Modesطرق الدفع المقبولة

In line with our AML/CFT/CPF Policy V.2.0, we accept the following payment modes:وفق سياسة AML/CFT/CPF الإصدار 2.0، نقبل طرق الدفع التالية:

• Cash (subject to source of funds verification for AED 55,000+)نقداً (مع التحقق من مصدر الأموال للمعاملات بـ 55,000 درهم وأعلى)
• Credit Cardبطاقة ائتمان
• Chequeشيك
• Local Bank Transferتحويل بنكي محلي
• International Bank Transferتحويل بنكي دولي
• Old Gold Exchange (subject to authentication)مبادلة بالذهب المستعمل (مع التحقق من الأصالة)

We do not accept: wire transfers (local or international), cryptocurrency, or other virtual assets. Bank transfer is our preferred method as it adds a legitimate audit layer.لا نقبل: التحويلات السلكية (المحلية أو الدولية)، العملات المشفّرة، أو الأصول الافتراضية. التحويل البنكي مفضّل لأنه يضيف طبقة شرعية للتدقيق.

6AML/CFT Complianceالامتثال لمكافحة غسل الأموال

For transactions at AED 55,000 or above, the following apply under Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 and Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025:للمعاملات بـ 55,000 درهم أو أعلى، تنطبق المتطلبات التالية وفق المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 10 لسنة 2025 وقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 134 لسنة 2025:

• Customer Due Diligence (CDD) including Emirates ID or passport verificationالعناية الواجبة بالعميل (CDD) بما في ذلك التحقق من الهوية أو جواز السفر
• Source of funds documentation (bank receipt, salary record, withdrawal slip, etc.)وثائق مصدر الأموال (إيصال بنكي، سجل راتب، إيصال سحب، وغيرها)
• DPMSR filing via the goAML FIU portal within 2 weeks of the transactionتقديم DPMSR عبر بوابة goAML خلال أسبوعين من المعاملة
• Sanctions screening (OFAC, UN, EU, UAE local, UKHMT)فحص العقوبات (OFAC، الأمم المتحدة، الاتحاد الأوروبي، القائمة الإماراتية، UKHMT)
• Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for politically exposed persons (PEPs)العناية الواجبة المعزّزة (EDD) للأشخاص السياسيين المعرّضين

We reserve the right to decline any transaction that does not meet compliance requirements. This is a regulatory obligation, not a preference.نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي معاملة لا تستوفي متطلبات الامتثال. هذا التزام تنظيمي، لا تفضيل.

7Authenticity and Supply Chainالأصالة وسلسلة التوريد

All bullion we sell is sourced from authorised distributors of internationally recognised mints. Each piece carries verifiable certification from its issuing refinery. We adhere to LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance, DMCC Rules for Risk-Based Due Diligence, and the UAE Ministry of Economy responsible sourcing requirements.كل السبائك التي نبيعها مصدرها موزعون معتمدون من مسابك معترف بها دولياً. كل قطعة تحمل شهادة قابلة للتحقق. نلتزم بـ إرشادات LBMA، قواعد DMCC، ومتطلبات وزارة الاقتصاد للتوريد المسؤول.

8Buyback Serviceخدمة إعادة الشراء

We buy back bullion, jewellery, and scrap gold subject to authentication, weighing, and current market rates. Buyback prices are typically below the prevailing spot rate to cover refining and operational costs. Valid identification is required for all buyback transactions, regardless of amount.نشتري السبائك والمجوهرات والذهب المستعمل بعد التحقق والوزن وفق أسعار السوق الحالية. أسعار إعادة الشراء عادةً أقل من السعر الفوري لتغطية تكاليف التكرير. الهوية الصالحة مطلوبة لجميع معاملات إعادة الشراء بغض النظر عن المبلغ.

9Risk Disclosureالإفصاح عن المخاطر

Gold prices fluctuate based on global market conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. We make no investment recommendations, our role is to supply bullion and jewellery, not to advise on investment decisions.أسعار الذهب تتقلب وفق ظروف السوق العالمي. الأداء السابق لا يضمن العوائد المستقبلية. لا نقدّم توصيات استثمارية. دورنا توفير السبائك والمجوهرات، لا تقديم نصائح استثمارية.

10Governing Lawالقانون الحاكم

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تخضع أي نزاعات لاختصاص محاكم دبي حصرياً.
